How to Get a Refund for Star Citizen und ähnliche Seiten angeschaut - leider haben sie recht.
Hello, Unauthenticated.
As the pledges on this account are outside of the standard refund timeframe (
Terms of Service, Section VII, Fundraising & Pledges), RSI has applied your pledges to the development cost of the Game in accordance with the Terms of Service to which you agreed. As such, you are no longer entitled to a refund. These terms are consistent with the nature of crowdfunding as the money raised is used to fund the development of the Game, which has proceeded unabated with content delivered on a regular basis to backers.
Considering the age and complex nature of your account's pledges, we will need at least several weeks to properly review your request. While it is unlikely we will grant this request, we do consider each refund request on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find the best solution.
At this time, I will send your ticket to the refund team to give this request the detailed attention it requires.
We've reached a huge milestone with the release of 3.1.3, which provides a set of essential fixes on top of the framework and foundation for the future game experience. Your funds have been fully deployed towards this effort, as promised, and our commitment to all backers in 2018 is to provide continued updates through quarterly releases. blabla...
