Witze vom 2k Support... ich fass es nicht.

Heyy... da ich gerade nicht so richtig weiß wohin mit meiner Frustration oder dem Thema starte ich das mal hier:

WWE 2k15 spackt bei mir gewaltig und corrupted mein Savegame jedesmal wenn ich den Rechner neu starte. Komisch genug oder?
Nun ist der Bug allseits bekannt und es gibt ein Workaround, der aber beinhaltet, das sich jeden Custom Content erneut runderladen muss.
Vermutlich liegt es also an einem der CC Wrestler, der das verursacht. Ja da lachen wir alle nicht wahr? Wie geht sowas denn frag ich mich da.

Also dachte ich mir.,... ha ich könnte doch mal den 2k Support anschreiben und fragen, ob es eine andere Möglichkeit gibt, als dieses redownloaden etc.
So fast forward zur letzten Antwort, die echt den Boden von jedem Fass von hier bis zum Mississippi ausschlägt. Schaut mal, ob euch der Fehler auffällt
Wohlgemerkt, das ist eine Antwort auf meine Email (die 2te) in der es um einen SAVEGAME Bug in WWE 2K15 geht. *drumroll* Enter 2k Support:

Versteh ich jetzt nicht .... du sollst halt den PC mit einem Router verbinden, um dann von da aus Screenshots mit dem Fehler hochzuladen. Was ist daran witzig? ^^ oder meinst du die Ausdrucksweise "plug an PC into your router" ?

Richtig. Beides. Die genannte Problemlösung hat weder mit meinem Problem noch mit dem Spiel, mit dem ich das Problem habe, zu tun.
UND man beachte den stilvollen Doppelpunkt nach den "following locations".... danach kommt nix. Rein grammatisch müsste da jetzt eine
Aufzählung stehen von den dubiosen "locations", von denen ich screenshots machen soll.

Mal abgesehen davon, dass ich wirklich KEINE Onlineprobleme habe

Edit: Um das klar zu stellen: Mir stinkt, dass hier nicht wirklich das Problem angegangen wird, sondern offenbar irgendein Chart abgehandelt wird.

Meine erste Email besagte zudem, dass ich das Spiel reinstalliert habe und dass ich die gamefiles verified habe und als Antwort kam....*drumroll*

Immerhin erkennt er wie frustrierend es ist, etwas für Geld zu kaufen, das derart verbuggt ist. Interessanterweise habe ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt nichts dergleichen erwähnt. Sehr nett zumindest.
